INTERNAL REGULATIONS

It is the responsibility of the guest(s) to read the HOSTEL'S INTERNAL REGULATIONS, as all guests without exception will be subject to compliance with it.

REGISTRATION AND CHECK-IN

All guests must register at Reception where the procedures for registration and admission will be carried out.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

Check-In will take place from 12:00 p.m. (Except on dates of maximum occupancy, when there may be a delay of two hours). Check-out will be until 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. If this time is exceeded, an extra day of stay will be automatically charged.

DEPOSIT

To guarantee the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total stay is required, which will be charged at the time of confirmation.

FACILITIES AND ROOMS

If any damage is caused to the rooms, their equipment and bedding (sheets, blankets, covers, mattresses, pillows, etc.), as well as losing the keys, it will be the responsibility of the guest, and they will be charged compensation in cash or by bank card.
The hostel IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FORGOTTEN OBJECTS in areas of the establishment, or inside the rooms once Check-out has been completed. NOR FOR THEFT, REMOVAL OR LOSS OF ANY KIND OF VALUABLES that may belong to guests.
We ask and request guests to maintain MAXIMUM SILENCE in the rooms and other facilities of the hostel, especially during the periods between 10:00 p.m. - 10:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. During these periods, SILENCE MUST BE ABSOLUTE.

PROHIBITIONS

The entry and consumption of any type of toxic drugs, alcoholic beverages, narcotics or psychotropic substances, flammable products, weapons, etc. in our facilities and rooms is prohibited. This infraction will be immediately reported to the Security Forces.
Access to the rooms by people who are not staying at the hostel is PROHIBITED. If the guest receives visitors, they must remain in the reception area of the hostel or register there.
Entry of animals into any hostel facility is prohibited. NO PETS ALLOWED. (We are sorry).
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE THE ROOMS and hostel facilities. If this rule is not complied with, the guest will be charged a fee in cash for the cleaning and deodorization of the room.
IT IS PROHIBITED TO HANG CLOTHES OR TOWELS ON WINDOWS, BALCONIES OR HANDRAILS in the corridors; there are areas set up for this purpose; do not use the iron in the rooms.

ROOM CLEANING

From 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Guests who do not make their rooms available during these hours will not have their room cleaned.

NON-COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS

In case of violation of one or more of the conditions cited above, HOSTAL ARCOS BEACH has the right to immediately terminate the accommodation or stay contract and may demand immediate departure. By signing the Registration, guests declare to accept in all parts the "Internal Accommodation Regulations".
